Day 4 | Andrew McCallister

Captains Log day 4 Today was a good day of work there was a nice breeze so it was cool outside. we had to carry 80 boxes of flooring up 20 steps and they were pretty heavy. we also went to the beach after dinner. I’m sunburnt on the back of my neck and that sucked but its not to bad.

Day 3 | Andrew McCallister

Captains log day 3 Today was hump day and bill woke everyone up saying what day is it. Tomorrow he will say it is the day after hump day and so on. About volleyball, the other team showed up today and we beat them 25-12 so that felt good. It was really hot so im going to have to take two showers because I’m sweating still.

Day 2 | Andrew McCallister

Today was good i didn’t paint so i wasn’t covered in it when i left, i did still have some on me though because i leaned against the wall. Avery tripped and dumped white paint out of a window and onto the porch and that took a long time to clean up. if you read the last blog i mentioned a volleyball game rematch, the other team didn’t show up so i guess we scared them away.

Today I was painting, it was hot and i sweated a lot. I’m not good at keeping the paint on the walls, and it was all over me even after i got in the shower. Outside of where we were starting there is a volleyball net. there were some other kids from Texas out there so me Matthias Hunter and Avery challenged them to a game. we only lost by two. there will be a rematch tomorrow.

Day 8 | Andrew McCallister

Yesterday was pretty good we went to yellow stone at 5 in the morning we were really tired but we saw a lot of animals and the trip was 20 hours today we had indian tacos which was really good. We saw old faithful yesterday to it was cool.

today we finished up the rock pile and tomorrow we are going to yellow stone it is going to be a long ride.

today we got our first jobs mine was to move rocks out of where they were so we put a tarp down and put some rocks over that then we took a break and got drinks from a truck. a go`t an italian soda and it was amazing i might get another tomorow.

After wall drugs yesterday the last for hour seemed longer than the whole trip when we got here we slept at eleven thank fully no one snored today we went to the lake and swam for about half an hour before it got stormy tomorrow we start working.

Today didn't start off to good I got into a fight with the waffle iron at breakfast and burned myself. But the rest of the day got better the car ride was short and we ate at dairy queen and golden corral i had six ice creams and i felt like i was going to puke the rest of the day. this day was awesome can't wait for wall drugs tomorrow.

This was a fun day we did a lot of things i went swimming twice and played marco polo in the pool both times i slept a lot through the car ride so i wasn't staring out the window the whole time. Cant wait for the rest ov the days here
