Day 8 | Emily Conley
Well we safely arrived in Haiti today! The car ride to Florida was much longer than I remembered, so I was very relieved when we made it to the hotel. We got a little sleep then headed to MFI to fly out. The first leg of the flight was super smooth, but the second leg was a little bumpier. Anyhow, we landed in Port-au-Prince then drove up the mountain to BHM. All of the traveling was very tiring, but we had a nice relaxing evening and prepared for the week. I will be working at the church tomorrow if the rain holds off. I’m excited to see what God has in store for this week!

Was hoping you were able to sleep part of the long ride there. So glad you made it there safely. Saw a photo of you, Allie and the group heading out to work this morning in your skirts and hair in buns. Hope you had a productive day.
