Day 4 | Cheryl
Happy Father’s Day!!!! I hope you had a great day! I’m glad Josh is staying the night with your parents. I got your messages. Tell everyone thanks for the prayers. Court and I are having a blast. Johnnie one of the young Haitian men here at BHM (Baptist Haitian Mission) took us on an extreme hike today to one of the water falls. We hiked about 1500 to 2000 feet down a mountain then to the waterfall and then back up a zigzag path that was not so intense. It took us about 4 and ½ hours and I am feelin’ it!! We also went to church but could not understand much. It seemed very good. Tomorrow we work again all day. The trip is flying by and everyone is very nice. Courtney is blending in well and is really having a great time. Love you and look forward to seeing you. Tell JJ I love him and miss him.

Hey Cheryl, Sam said he is bored so I stopped in to lift up his spirits. The house is a mess but it'll get cleaned up by the time your back.

I'm glad you guys are having such a great time! The hike sounds like my kind of adventure, but no problem for such an experienced mountain climber like you! JJ and I had a great Father's Day, sorry I missed your call (thanks Gina for the use of your phone!)...Kayley has found a bird's nest in one of the bushes in front of our house, she and the momma/daddy birds have been going at it, pretty entertaining. Josh and I are planning on going to Kennywood on Wednesday. Continue to let the Lord use you as you minister to the Haitian people. If you want to send Mary Lou up here for a couple days, I've got no problem with that! Luv Ya and will see you soon! What time do you guys fly out?
