Day 1 | Mickey

We had a great trip down. Only took 14 hours to get here. Hotel room was a little crowded. They tried to put Lynn, JD, and myself in 1 room that had 2 twin beds in it. The question was who was going to cuddle with whom? That was not going to happen; I went and got another room. Everyone was great on the way down. Flight was great and the bus ride up the hill was hot. No matter how you set on the seat you just stuck to it. The work that the Haitian people have done rebuilding is amazing. The difference from the last time I was here is incredible. Once we arrived at the Baptist Haiti Mission the weather was cooling down and the rain was moving in. They said it has been raining everyday around 3:00 p.m. This was great is cooled the temperature down and was very nice. Looking forward to seeing old friends and getting the playground started tomorrow. Tell Riley and Faith that I miss and love them.
